Be that as it may, I didn't like Brewster and didn't read it. Until last week. I was browsing through the strips at Go Comics and decided to check it out. And I was pleasantly surprised. I like Brewster Rockit. It's funny and clever and nicely executed. I'm not sure if the strip changed or if I did, but I'm glad I gave it a second look.

Oh, wow.
"Brewster Rockit" is really very good, and occasionally I'll decide to read some online and think that it's such a great spoof.
I first got interested when it was up for consideration as a replacement in my paper for "Marvin" or something back in 2004. I really like it, but I can never get into it enought o want to read online on a daily or even weekly basis. If it was in my paper, it would be a favorite, I'm sure, but online, I don't know...
A bit wordy sometimes, isn't it? Not as much as that Scott Adams mentoring project, "Basic Instructions," though. Still, overall a good strip. I'd rather have it in my paper than "Diesel Sweeties."
